A good collaboration starts with a good conversation. In this first step, we plan an informal meeting in which we discuss your wishes, challenges and goals. We listen, ask questions and think along with you. No sales talk, but an open dialogue to see if we are a match.

Inventory & intake

For every project, we start with a thorough inventory of the situation, objectives and preconditions. We actively listen to the customer's wishes, analyse the environment and identify risks and opportunities. This is how we lay a solid foundation for a solution that really works.

Step 3

Technical design & planning

Based on the intake, we develop a customised technical design. We take into account all logistical, technical and architectural aspects, so that the system fits seamlessly into existing processes. Our planning is tight and realistic, with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Step 4

Installation, realisation & optimisation

Our professionals ensure efficient on-site installation and delivery, whether in the Netherlands or on the other side of the world. We work in a structured way, safely and to the highest quality standards. Thanks to our experience, we can switch flexibly, even in complex situations.

Step 5

Completion & aftercare

After commissioning, we stay involved. We test thoroughly, supervise operators and provide clear documentation. We also remain the point of contact for future maintenance, optimisation or modifications. At MainTech, the project does not stop at delivery, we remain available.
